Exercise: 60 minutes on the treadmill doing a real push with the fat burning program. My legs are rubber this evening!
Calories: They will be a little over tonight due to that wicked candy calling my name!!

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - 47 minutes on mini-trampoline Player-character for this new "tour" is named Poppy in honour of upcoming Nov 11
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes - despite mini-chocolate bars available at the office
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes - even saved the wrappers of each mini-chocolate bar so that I could log which type an how many. The "fun size" (~50 to a box to be handed out at Halloween) average 60 cals each.

Congrats to the winners circle and also to those who finished the month even though they didn't qualify for the circle.
I was over calories but it's all logged and I'm still below 70kgs because I train hard. Judo was awesome last night because I learnt something I can use in Jiu Jitsu (which is one of the reasons I started!)
Wednesday is my craziest day because I leave before 6 and get home after 9 and by then I'm feeling the hard work of Monday and Tuesday. I do have a 5 day weekend this week though...2 -
