    Congrats to the winners circle and also to those who finished the month even though they didn't qualify for the circle.

    I was over calories but it's all logged and I'm still below 70kgs because I train hard. Judo was awesome last night because I learnt something I can use in Jiu Jitsu (which is one of the reasons I started!)

    Wednesday is my craziest day because I leave before 6 and get home after 9 and by then I'm feeling the hard work of Monday and Tuesday. I do have a 5 day weekend this week though...
