Hey I don’t keep kosher but I want more Jewish friends who can appreciate my posts about making my bubbie’s kugel recipe into a Paleo and keto kugel for Yom Kippur break the fast and the like. Also if anyone needs help with Paleo & keto who does keep kosher, I can help because I helped my pescatarian orthodox cousin with her keto paleo meal plan and am now pretty up to date on all the hecksured keto, paleo products.

    definitely appreciate the effort, although kugel and keto or paleo seem to be opposites. I am struggling with the challah issue. however, if you are doing a vegetable kugel, I try to keep them closer to a fritata. would love to read your posts on recipes and adaptations
