One hour dog walk, hour and a half of cleaning...earns me some popcorn tonight!3 -
Exercise: 3rd day this week for cardio/strength intervals. My personal best for this fall transition to winter indoor training. I hit 3:31 minutes for a regular on the floor plank. At the beginning of the summer, I was at 2:15 minutes.

We had a family birthday party for my 2 daughters(18 & 13)...they are only a week apart, so we always just do one party. Kept it simple and BBQ burgers and chicken burgers, 3 salads and a fruit tray. Still didn't eat much but I did eat and still feel alright...so YAY!!!5 -

I didn't exercise at all because I've been so continuously sleep-deprived lately, I finally slept til noon, stayed in bed & even took a 3-hour nap

I gave the last few pounds of my candy to my little brother because I'm starting to get actually sick ehe5 -
@Turbolifts dried fruits are a total diet killer. I didn't realize. I was sooo tempted to eat some dates yesterday but I absolutely cannot eat just one. I still can't believe one tiny date is 65 calories!
