Queens NY Mom in the HOUSEEEEEE!

Hello-

I have been working out consistently (sort of- LOL) since Feb of 2012. I lost 26lbs originally and gained 11 back since October of 2012. :(
I am in the process of refocusing as my year anniversary on MFP is 6/3/13. I want to make sure I am as close to my goal as possible on that date. I am 30lbs away from a healthy weight for my height.

Its GO TIME!

    ALSO--I am disciplined about YOUTUBE, NO EQUIPMENT WORKOUTS--don't need a gym or time to work out --- No more excuses. 15 minutes all it takes
