For those of you in the Southern Hemisphere, please enjoy your warm weather. This is our first snowfall of the late fall. It feels mighty cold and windy here near Chicago.

Exercise: Yessir! Took a leaf out of Bill Bryson's book and the some water in a bag and took off into the bush. 5 hours, 21,553 steps and 13kms of up, down and scrambly forest later, I am a very happy animal.
Calories: There haven't been any, yet! I didn't eat today, but shortly I'll be indulging in some glorious charcuterie... and I am going to be wise, be calm, be slow, be mindful. I've EARNED this meal, and I'm going to relish it, and try not to eat too quickly.
Tracked: It's a little tricky to track deli meats, Salamis, dips and cheeses, but as we say here in Australia, I'll give it a crack 😁6 -

A good day after all, although going out to map jellyfishes for the university ended up into collecting trash for most of the time. Ugh. Well at least it's not going to be a danger for marine animals any more.6 -

If only stress & worry burnt calories!! ~ the puppy disappeared into Willow Wood a good 10 mins with no sight of him, the little monkey answered his recall whistle ...eventually ... happy as could be and absolutely filthy8 -

Exercised- No - worked from very early (& prior that had to pick up parents) then straight to my daughters’ end of year dance concert (pity their exercise can’t count as mine)

Tracked - No - Not here but kept track in my head and knew it was ok calories wise. This in the head tracking doesn’t officially count I realise though,

Exercise: Yes!! Was planning on just a simple yoga routine but ended up picking up my weights and did a full workout, awesome!
Calories: Yes! Had a rocky start this morning, first thing I ate were chips lol, and I probably ate way too many carbs than normal for my actual breakfast (like, 2 homemade tortillas, corn, and a banana?? i was hungry ), it felt like a "slip up" and i almost gave up for the day but there was no reason to, I'm feeling very motivated today!

Made a low carb spaghetti squash lasagna today. Second time making it using a variation of this recipe https://thatlowcarblife.com/spaghetti-squash-casserole/
I did not use any ground beef and halved the marinara sauce as I wanted it more like a lasagna than a casserole. Added a couple slices of cut up cooked bacon to give it some flavor and doctored it up with more spices (fresh basil, crushed red pepper, oregano, etc.).3 -
I had a very restful day. Rose and I got caught up with our conversation after my several days in Cincinnati.
We will see the grand kids at church in the morning.

Pass Day 1
I did not exercise today..rested most of the day..busy week. I hate it when I have to take a pass day because of exercise. I'd rather it be because I had an amazing meal with friends as a planned pass day.
@RangerRickL yes this is an amazing group as you mentioned yesterday. I feel so fortunate to be in it. I don't comment very often but I do appreciate everyone here.
Yeah, it's hard to believe snow already. We have a chance of rain turning into snow here in Southwest KY Monday night. I miss being able to walk outside. November derailed my exercise last year and lasted for several months. Determined not to let that happen this year.4 -

Yes. Barely. I had a social event with wine and cake. But I had planned and arranged my other meals around that. With the amount of alcohol I drank this week I really have to be extra careful next week to get my fruits and veggies and get proper nutrition.
