This is one of the hardest posts I may ever make. I am a 33 years old, I am really having a hard time with my ED. I have battled the gauntlet, anorexia, bulimia... for more than 20 years. Right now I just honestly feel out of control. I would just like to reach out and have some friends while I start this whole process again of trying to get well.

    I am 30 and struggling as well. I don’t want food to consume my thoughts anymore. I need to change (easier said than done). Feel free to message me! :)

    I'm not battling anorexia or bulimia but I am in a major showdown with binge eating disorder. While our struggles may be different, I'm here if you ever need to reach out.

    I would like friends with similar struggles too. I struggle with binge eating now but have struggled with purging and restriction years ago
