What is your biggest weakness when it comes to nutrition?

Is something keeping you from sticking to your goals? Example: you like to have beer every night or perhaps your co-workers bring in donuts every Tuesday and Thursday. What causes you to lose control over your nutrition?

There are many alternatives to pizza. Try buying (or making) the cauliflower crust pizza. It’s a lot healthier AND tastes good. You can top with fresh veggies, tomatoes and cheese. Trader Joe’s carries a good cauliflower crust!

Desserts are hard! However, there are many alternatives!! Try making “nice cream” with a frozen banana and Greek yogurt and fresh berries. Or try making a healthier version of whatever you usually crave! The nice thing is there’s usually a healthier alternative when it comes to sweets!
  • Alcohol. I did just go 11 days without :) but I have two holiday parties coming up. I went to one last week and drank water. But these next two includes one with a significan amountof time on a party bus. I'm going to want to party. There's only beer/wine (no vodka/soda which is my go-to, less sugar/calories than wine...can't have beer due to gluten) so I'm worried about the sugar/calories in wine.

Alcohol can be a tough one. Congrats on not drinking for over a week! Holidays and alcohol go hand and hand. I’d say stick to wine. Red is less sugar. You can mix it with carbonated water as well to dilute it and to avoid over consuming! Pace yourself and commit to 2 glasses!
