Goodmorning I've decided to leave the challenge until January, I just haven't been as involved & consistent as I should be.
I want to take the time right now to just focus on my family, baking, and holidays, and to also re-figure out what my goals are. By January I'll be more ready to get back into the game & hopefully conquer 2019. 💪🌟
This group has been such an inspiration, can't wait to see y'all again next year7 -

After yesterdays glitch of unwise food choices I'm back on it today, a family day out in Lincoln, marched up & down steep hill ~ I even managed it without having to stop half way up to catch my breath!! so all in all I'm in a good place3 -
Pass day #2 for me.
Did the planned 15k hilly run with sprints but it's been a struggle with pain and ended up unloading frustration over food. At least, while I exceeded quantity I didn't eat junk.
Working at my racing calendar now, I need objectives. Pain can be managed if I have a target in mind.5 -
I'm going to take my second pass today. I'm about to leave for my church's Thanksgiving dinner and I have no plans to track. I will try not to overdo it to the point of embarrassment.5

Still having trouble with this cough...ended up leaving after 40 minutes of bodypump...just couldn't catch my breath...5 -

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? I had a major NSV today because of UAC. We celebrated my daughter's birthday at a restaurant. Normally my will power deserts me at these family occasions, but today I had a healthy option of grilled monkfish tails and veg, and chose their mini pudding option. The food was delicious. I drank water instead of wine. It didn't reduce my enjoyment of the occasion one iota!
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? I most certainly did. And I had about 200 calories to spare thanks to my exercise.5 -

@TeresaW1020 I won't be tracking for Thanksgiving either. It is a day to celebrate the harvest, a bounteous table and family, be it with your family by relation or your "chosen" family of friends, neighbors, co-workers, fellow parishioners, etc.
