    After yesterdays glitch of unwise food choices I'm back on it today, a family day out in Lincoln, marched up & down steep hill ~ I even managed it without having to stop half way up to catch my breath!! so all in all I'm in a good place :smile:

    I totally blew it yesterday having NLS plus I used up ALL my passes but my goal is to stay focus...

    Exercised: I walked for about an hour, tops. No. I'm not counting it. On this day, I did not do as I should have,

    Calories: Over, but whole, good food sources. Mojo Pork = AMAZING.

    Tracked: As much as possible, but still over.

    Exercised 76 mins walking 9,112 steps & 24 of them Exercise bike HIIT.
    Calories: under by 200! Thanks exercise!

    12 days to go! This is how UAC helps me the most! I have used 3 Pass Days, so I will be eating under what I burn each day for the rest of the month.
