    Physio this week, at least I don't have to wait too long. I'm going to be ok.
    First really cold day here and first snow on the Alps, I'm so glad I don't live on the Alps! Unfortunately no surfing this weekend as the sea was so much of a mess you couldn't even surf, figure out.

    People who have lost weight with CICO and consistent dicipline...what did you do differently during holidays? Anything at all?

    Let me know if this is a slippy slope: I'm thinking of adjusting my calories for holiday events, to TDEE maintenance amounts instead of eating at my standard daily deficit. Also eating exercise calories back on those days. There are so many meals planned with different sides of the family, we do everything twice, plus some milestone birthday parties this year... my goal would be to "do no harm" in those days, and continue to eat at a big deficit on the other majority of days.

    Any advice is welcome!

    @craigo3154 Glad to see you back. We missed you, too! Congrats on your new drone builds and performance. Sounds like you'll be ready for the Nationals. What was the theater production your daughter was involved in? Any pics to share?
