This is how I feel right now...I want to regain my balance, but there are few little obstacles in my way!

The problem with this is the guy is standing still. As soon as he moves the birds are going to fly away. Sometimes we make problems bigger than they really are.8 -
Exercise - 1h30 gym cross training / 2k swim race pace

Still hanging in there. Coach worked around the injuries so I could train anyway and most of all do something decent, not light work at all.
Ha! And the race pace swim. Lol I had to ask my coach (the other) twice if he really meant that. He did. But it's nice, I haven't been swimming race pace for a long time so it's nice to be back at doing something even if I'm not at the top, even if...even if...gah! No I'm not whining!7 -

I gained .4 lbs at weigh in this morning. I was happy with that because last year after the church Thanksgiving, I was up 2.8 lbs at my weigh in. So, I call that a win!!9 -
Woke up this morning feeling decidedly off colour.
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Managed it. Had to walk in short bursts. Only got 4014 steps.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Appetite was poor, so way under goal. MFP wouldn't post. Lol!

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a 60 minute yoga class in the morning, and another 60 minute yoga class followed by a 60 minute Pilates Mat class this evening.

Second day in a row I did the minimum exercise (just over half my usual of ~45 minutes). I feel very run-down like I might be coming down with a cold. But still hanging in with a POSSIBILITY of this month's Winners' Circle - less than 10 days left .... and I happened across ... and already joined .... the December UAC challenge.6 -

I thought I had blown it today. I intended to have a couple of mini shortbread cookies and next thing you know I'd had 600 cals worth. But I did some extra walking and ate a light supper and I am in under my calories!!! So yes three times for me and very please that I rescued the day.7

I made very, very poor eating choices last night. I think my problem is boredom, or at least, wanting to feel like I'm DOING something or contributing.
Last night, I decided to make macarons. I had 4 batches' worth, plus four different kinds of delicious filling.
This morning, I have less than two batches remaining, and no leftover filling. Sure, I used sugar-free "Nutella", natural peanut butter, and sugar-free sweetener, but this is no excuse.
Exercised: YES! I actually had fun at the gym in the morning, REALLY loving my own programme and feeling progress!
Calories: Wayyyyyyyy the funk over.
Tracked: Yeah. All excess 1,322 calories of it.8 -

This month has been a tough one getting back into the grove but feeling much better. I was sick and weak for the last couple months from one thing and then another.
I'm actually doing the minimum exercising but I feel so much better physically. It even effects my mood. Planning on pushing harder next month. Only 10 more days to go
@RangerRickL So glad you are back. What you've been through is tough. We are all rooting for you. You have been our inspiration for so long. We're all here for you as you have always been for us.5 -
