Since my husband and I have started keto my husband who is the type of person who will snore till the windows are rattling in their panes. Well this past weekend I suddenly realized that since starting keto he has stopped snoring. I mentioned this to him and it took him by surprise at first then he acknowledged I hadn't smacked him in some time to stop the snoring. I was curious how a dietary change could influence snoring, in my research I noted that this seems to be in relation to food intolerance/food allergies. In particular wheat allergies or sensitivities can cause inflammation of the airway and increased mucus production resulting in snoring eliminating the allergen can improve these thus reducing snoring. An awesome benefit from the keto diet thus far!https://snorenation.com/the-connection-between-food-allergies-and-snoring/3

This article on grocery shopping for the keto diet is a good resource, personally I cant grocery shop without a basic concept of meals through the week but for impromptu purchases this will do in a pinch! It does provide excellent basic information that you can apply to any grocery store!

This article is interesting! It is about an anatomy and physiology/patho instructor at the University of the Fraser Valley in British Columbia. Who has done keto for the past 6 years and his take away from it. Good read for those interested!

This article is a snapshot at the studies done at the University of Kentucky and the implications of keto on neurovascular function. This article details possible improved cognitive function in studies along with the implication of reducing risk for Alzheimer's and dementia. Seriously fascinating!
