Mornin' BBB.
Was putting snow thrower on tractor yesterday and realized I never replaced old frayed drive belt for the snow thrower. Gotta get new one on before putting on tractor...its a bear to put on while thrower is attached to tractor. Working underneath the tractor is even more difficult with dogs trying to lay on top of you and stealing your hat.
Generator is running well. Gotta be prepared for prolonged power loss.
Ground is very soft from freezing then thawing...like spring. Hope leaf guy can come this week.
BBB OP ;-)

Lee, are you expecting winter weather this week?
How is everyone else’s weather this week? Ours is high winds right now. I doubt if DH will be on the roof today to string up lights.

Good Morning BBB
We got lots of snow, maybe 10" but hard to tell because of drifting. I had to let Jack out the front door as the snow had drifted up the back side of the house. Tom will have a final workout aight he Kubota clearing the drive. Bitter cold - 22. Schools closed and many businesses.
Jack loves the snow and he will enjoy this "last Hurrah" before moving south.
Lee - I know what you mean about dogs on you and stealing you hat. When we were growing up we had a wonderful springer named Duke - he was a notorious hat stealer.
Kelly - I commented on your Facebook post re Chicago Restaurants. Best Chicago pizza - Pizano's on State - just off the magnificent mile (864 N State Street). Sit in the front area by the old bar not in the new room or the back. Order the Rudy deep dish. This is the real deal. Garbage salad and Calamari are good and so is the fresh baked cookie dessert.
Dennis - I hope you feel better soon.
Lisa - your tree is beautiful.
Do good out there everyone.0 -
Thanks Raine I saw your post and Mary’s too. We want a nice lunch and a really nice dinner Saturday. Already excited.0

Good morning.
I recommended Cochan Volant if you're in the loop area, Kelly. Especially if you're there for breakfast. I'm sure they do other meals well too.
So far, the train is running on time despite Mother Nature's best efforts.
Went duwn to Louisville for the traditional Thanksgiving meal at Buca di Beppo to keep my mom from trying to cook.

Good morning BBB friends.
Welcome, from the land of rain, not snow (and thankful for that). They have received a lot of snow in the mountains, out here. We're still below normal for November precipitation, though.
DW went out to work on exterior lights around the front porch, yesterday, and couldn't find the timer into which she plugs them. It was in my way in the shop last winter and I put it somewhere. Now I have to find it - or I will be in trouble. Yet another reason it would be better to keep a neat shop.0 -
Good morning!
So glad I took the day off. I'm exhausted. Outside lights were finished yesterday. Inside decorations are done.
Village is set up. It's grown alot. Even has a camper now in the country side, farm, lake section lol. We laughed at how the village reflects our family. There's a Harley-Davidson dealership. There's a Tavern, there's a winery, there's a pub, a police and fire station. Animal rescue, toy store, jewelry store, Church... a garden greenhouse that illuminates, a farmers market, and then a complete Countryside with log homes and ranches and Farm.
We missed the snow by 10 minutes south.
If I feel like it I'll put the ornaments on the tree, then I'm done.
Will the new homeowners buy the snow removal equipment Raine?
Have a good day everyone!

Oh my. Is Burt Reynolds from Kentucky?
Kelly, no snow in the 8 day forecast. But am adhering to the Boy Scout motto.
Yes, sure hope Dennis is feeling better.
Raine, hoping to breed Babe again this winter. Just in case you want another hat stealer.0 -
Good morning BBB Friends.
- High of 54° and a low of 32° here today.
- I too need to find the perfect mug for he/she/it/.
- New phone did arrive yesterday and the set up was beyond easy. The phone backs up to the cloud so it was up to date to the night before the old one died. Selected restore and all the apps, files and settings came over to the new phone.
- It appears the wait out this bug and it will go away approach is not working. I have a Dr. appt. this afternoon.
- What ships are you cruising on Kelly? We need to do a BBB cruise someday.
- Have a great day.

Morning~
Oi Vay! Thats one helluva print, Lou! Is Cecilia going to let you hang that in a prominent place in the Stone home?
I too got a great MUG partner! Ordered already! Can't wait......
Rain, rain, and more rain here. The rain continues to show us where the builder really dropped the ball (foundation leaks). Conference call at 1030.... well see what this weeks' game plans are....
Tree is up....not decorated.

Saw the Doctor. Yep, I'm a sick puppy. Early stage bronchitis. I have a large selection of drugs. Should be on the road to improvement now.0

Lee - very tempting - I love Springers and we all love AB. But one dog at a time here.0
