Hours and hours of packing punctuated by moments of panic. I did get a pedicure yesterday - a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do.
Veteran's Closet is coming to pick up a ton of stuff this morning - yippee - they do not pick up but the founder and a couple guys are doing me a favor and coming with two vehicles. I feel so blessed.
The Mike's Hard Lemonade shoot was rescheduled several times and now it's back to Friday.

Drive on icy roads for about an hour yesterday afternoon. Saw 3 semis in the ditch. Two upside down.

Getting a cold so might knock off work early if I get my list done.

Caught a bit of snow here for the drive in, not much though.

Routine annual mammogram this afternoon. Did lab draw yesterday for physical next week. Results posted already, are numbers are in normal range. Weight is up, but I know that.

Skip, Im guessing you mean your mother and your sister? Don't have a clue on that backstory but sounds like there might be some stress there ? Take care of yourself, hopefully all is going to be just fine. After all, tis the season

I found a new village pc that didn't get in the initial set up last weekend. Now, do I call in the construction crew and take half of it down to make it fit, or does the "ranch" go up next time?

Big college hoops game for me with my 2 big brothers and 25 of their high school alum friends, Class of 1974 (yikes they are lol). Kansas State and my db1 best friend coach Bruce Weber are playing Milwaukee Marquette at the new Fiserv Forum arena here on Sat. What an amazing venue that is! And coach meeting us all for a 1.5 hr post game visit meet & greet. Should be fun! Love watching him pace up and down the court, he's intense LOL. You IL'ers may recall him from his Illini coaching days, he was also asst. coach at Purdue for years under Gene Keady.

Hope you all with the sniffles feel better. So far, Im cold free.

Hey get better soon Dennis! Yeah my brother got over 8" of snow in Iowa and my sister over a foot in Chicago. I spent Thanksgiving in Minneapolis which was outside the band of Storm Bruce as they call it. Down to 2°F chill factor one morning but just a teensy "powdered sugar" flurry or two blowing off the roads in the wind. Good to be home.
