This was a pass day and the end of a very long week. I took my 97 year old mother to the emergency department twice during the past week and am currently dealing with the outcome of a mini stroke. Regardless I am planning to do my best to start this upcoming week taking care of myself in addition to her.9

Lots of people say that they want to reach some goal. Until they commit to do the daily work it takes to reach that goal in a step by step manner, their goal is merely a wish.
The UAC is your step by daily step accountability group to achieve your goals!
Don’t be part of the 50% who quit this group before the 15th of the month!
YES, it took me the WHOLE first month to get the hang of this. THEN it gets MUCH easier!!!craigo3154 wrote: »December 2

To echo the comments of @RangerRickL. Unless you work a little at it each day, goals will slip away from you.
This challenge, on the surface, looks easy. Only once the habits are entrenched does it really BECOME easy. What the 50% that fall away by mid month find is that entrenching habits is hard. However the result is WELL WORTH the effort.
Let UAC help you make the right habits, then let the habits make you.
@craigo3154 Exactly!! They become embedded over time ensuring our long term success!3 -

Dang! Looks like my original check-in wasn't posted...😢
Exercise - yes. 40 min dog walk in a blizzard.
Tracking - yes.
Daily calorie goals - pass day. Some confusion over which/how integrated tracking apps are working best for me (between Fitbit and MFP). I like Fitbit's interface better but the calorie goals constantly adjust throughout the day (ended up slightly over), which is clearly annoying. Going to try using MFP for everything and see how that goes!1
