Yes x3. Cut it close with calories when a coffee date with a friend turned into an ice cream date. But I chose a small portion and kept it within my limit.
We had a major power outage in the city today. After half a day with no power, the schools decided to close at lunch time. Never in my 36 years have I seen a school close here! Even in -45 degree weather they are still open. That sure threw off my plan for the day but the kids were happy to play at home.6 -
@loopydo2017 Hi!! I’m so glad to see you!!
My report:
Exercise: more than 2 hours of walking
Calories: well under my limit
Tracking: good ( this is the secret to success in the UAC)
I’m proud of being at Disney World and keeping on target with the UAC goals. I have been here before and failed to stay healthy9 -

40 minute dog walk, despite the drizzle.
I will be in Disneyland this weekend! I usually come home lighter after a Disney trip... Walking all day long for 3 long days and eating relatively light is a magical combination! I fully plan to indulge in a few of my favorite treats that can only be found there.5 -
20+ mins Exercise? Yes. 10 strength + walking
Calories under? Yes.
Tracked? Yes
No 'cheat' days for me. I choose what I eat each day, and I have no banned foods.
Own it and log It! has worked for me. If I over-indulge it's my choice! No cheating involved.5 -
Date: December 4th
Exercise: Yes, a quick morning session and lots and lots of walking throughout the day
Calories: Yes. It was very hard to stay within limits as I had no chance to eat breakfast or lunch, and by dinnertime I was ravenous and there was catering.. I made sure to drink lots of water before eating, filled my plate with high-protein foods and didn't go back to seconds or dessert. It held me over until I got home, and by then I was too tired to eat anyway
Tracked: Yes, although it was not as precise as when I weigh my foods at home and know exactly how much oil was used for cooking. Thankfully the caloric deficit accrued throughout the day easily covered for imprecisions.2 -

I am writing this while on the treadmill which my husband set up for me so I could use while I also use my laptop. I am getting in my exercise for the day (5th) and realizing that the advantage of posting the next morning is that I get to read through all the threads for the prior day. Great reading!!! And BTW, I love Disney!!! Great pics!5 -

I like your philosophy Terri. It fully represents my own. I have no foods which I don't allow myself. I plan, accordingly, for indulgences. I maintain on the lighter side of my healthy weight range so a planned pass day without tracking will "do no harm." Sometimes I simply need that sweet treat or piece of chocolate. Nothing prevents me from having it as long as I compensate in other caloric intake or exercise routine.2 -

I made it back to the indoor track for the first time in a couple weeks. I hope to get into the routine of at least four trips a week.

I did office/ bookeeping all day for our business. Boy was I behind.. had to work till late. As a result not too active. I was able to do enough before I went to bed so I wouldn't have a pass day. Pledging to do much more tomorrow.
