Honestly...never. My coaches had insisted that I do not weight myself while losing and I'm still off the scale, after all if my calories are within my allowance I'm not going to gain.

@MadisonMolly I do weigh myself almost daily except when we're traveling, of course. Weight is not static. There are times when I need to adjust calories up or down or exercise up or down...and the scale is the tool which provides the necessary information to respond, accordingly, to stay in my healthy weight range.

I started my journey with WW and we weighed-in once a week. So, I have maintain that habit.
Once a week, same time same clothes :) if possible :)
I have a maintenance range. If I am too close to the top, I adjust my eating, etc. Some weights and some weeks are learning times.

@MadisonMolly I have been in maintenance for about a year and a half. I weigh myself daily. It is just a habit and I have been doing it for a long long time. I like that my husband, who has never really been overweight except for gaining holiday/vacation lbs, weighs daily too. It is funny how our weights parallel each other since we eat the same food and thus are affected by sodium levels etc. Today I got on the scale and I am on the lower end, and yes, I do feel happier. If I am on the higher end, I know I have to pay more attention to what I am eating and make sure I am not fooling myself. Too many people have told me that they lost weight and then gained it back so I try to be super careful and watch the scale.
