Don't leave!! Even if you take more than 3 pass days. Keep on tracking and posting. We are here for you!5 -
Exercise - Yes
Tracking - Yes
Calories - Yes - and learning something...
Seems that I'm eating too few calories. I was so excited about the tracking and how I've been staying at 1200 calories and the first few days I lost weight and then it started to creep up again. Digging into things a bit further, I should be eating about 1400-1600 depending on how active I've been.
I know I've heard a million times that eating too few calories would do this, but sometimes I need to experience things to get them through my head!5 -
Exercise - Yes
Tracking - Yes
Calories - Yes
Today on my gratitude list is this thread. It helps to know that that are others out there logging their food, exercising etc. I needed this today to know that I was not alone. Thanks!8 -

Dec. 7, Pass Day #1!
no exercise and waaaay over calories, but i kept what i ate tracked
I felt so terrible & drained of energy Dec. 7th, I eventually stopped fighting the feeling and let myself rest, I don't think I had a proper rest day in a couple weeks so I was about to burnout!
And I overate by a looot, but I don't regret anything tho. Dec. 8 I go back to normal and it'll all be fine
@eatingfoodles it doesn't sound like you did anything wrong and we all have our slip ups. you'll be ok! stay a lil longer cuz there's no shame in eating a little over or missing a workout, it's just life just keep getting back on track!5 -
@harvest_bounty
I’m doing two exercise times a day.
I eat a snack before I go, and being one in case there’s nothing that seems worth the calories or future cravings.
I am bringing fruit and/or veggies platters.
For eating out, I look up menu on-line & plan what I’ll have.
You can do it!harvest_bounty wrote: »Weekend, FINALLY
Date: December 7th, Yes x 3!
I had great difficulty getting out of bed early yesterday morning but one pass is enough for now, so I did it anyway! I am trying to save the two I have left for the holidays, when not going overboard or even just accurately counting calories in someone else's delicious food is guaranteed to fail. Question to everyone:
How are you guys and gals going to deal with Christmas foods and for those who do not host themselves, possibly eating outside of home? Any advice or helpful strategies to survive the days without blowing up the budget?

I thought it would be a Pass Day, but it worked out!
220 calorie deficit- did two walks - kept moving through day. Savored each bite.
4 -
Yes morning workout and afternoon walk
yes with 14 to spare - not counting exercise cals
yes3 -
Exercised - yes! Snuck 60 min of yoga in before a 500 km roadtrip home for a memorial service and wake.
Tracked - yes! Which helped a lot to maintain thoughtfulness and conscious decision-making around point #3 below.
Under calorie goal - no. Could have, but consciously chose to have a few extra glasses of wine (although, since I knew I was tracking it, I certainly didn't go overboard. In fact, I consumed 300 less calories than I did at a house party a week ago...progress!). Taking my 2nd pass day this month with absolute pleasure and gratitude for the overall increase in accountability!4 -
