    Morning~

    Still feeling a bit punchy/sore. Just took it easy yesterday after overdoing it a couple days.

    Hope the trek to sunny FLA is going well!

    Dennis - how are ya'll feeling? Better I hope? How is Emma's bedside manner?

    Most (better than 95%) of shopping this year was online. I think I am done. We'll see.

    Lee - how is your receptionists' family faring? T&Ps continue!

    Hate circumstances but love to see communities come together for support, lets one know society has not completely gone.
    Skip, when given time the body will heal, when pushed to much one's body sometimes rebels
    Hope Raine, Tom and Jack are 1/2 way to new home, bad weather in Georgia held to NE; 75 should be open.
    Looks as Disney is fun even in rain, hope its clear and all are having a super time.
    Steph, hope you are feeling better, see advise to Skip above.
    Still lite rain and cold, should be clearing then a couple days of sun.
    TGIM, for some reason never heard.

    Worked all weekend, except for a trip to Target for reasons that make as little sense now as they did yesterday. Two more sleeps until we're off to Brazil.

    • I am doing better. DW is still on the edge. We'll see if she goes to her knitting club. That will tell a lot.

    Glad the ill seem to be improving.

    Love family holiday traditions. DS and his clan head to the forest every year to cut their tree. It isn't the sort of groomed and trimmed sculpture you find in a tree lot, but much closer to what my dad (who was a forester with the Bureau of Land Management, in Oregon) used to bring home. Here is a view of the season, with DS, David Jr. puling their tree to he car, aided by 3-year old Andrew and 5-year old Elsie,

    Atlanta should be very proud of winning the MLS (major league soccer cup) AND for having another repeat performance of "Best National Anthem ever" from seven year old Malea Emma. Guess she has performed everywhere from The NHRA Drag Racing final to appearances for the Golden State Warriors, the LA Clippers, and sooooo much more. Who knows can the Super Bowl be far away??
    So Dennis we are hoping for your DW to be doing better every day for sure.
    Folks from Atlanta all stood on their feet and stayed on there feet for her and the entire game.
    Congrats Dave we too have cut Christmas trees from BLM managed land in Oregon. I too don't want a tree that looks like it was just put onto a wood lathe and sheared like a perfect upside down snow cone.
