    Thanks @RangerRickl for that question. I agree with @craigo3154, this is an awesome group. The support in this group is amazing.

    As mentioned, this kind of some up all the suggestions so far.

    This is the day that I'm up at 4:15 to be made uncomfortable by a woman professional body builder named Chrissy.
    First a brisk 12 minute walk at 4 mph and then serious lower body strength exercises for 26 minutes. Ouch!
    Calories: under by nice margin
    Tracking: good
