Dec 11 - Yes x3. I'm only under my calories by 35 but hey, it's still under!
As for feeling lucky/blessed, I guess I feel blessed for my good health and for my partner being out of hospital.8 -

I try to pause each day to think about this. I am blessed in so many ways. Today I am feeling particularly grateful for my health, the people in my life, and that I have "enough" to thoroughly enjoy my retirement.8 -

I feel most grateful for my husband, Jim, of 46 years who humors me as we dance (even when it's a fumble) through this life together. I agree with @jan110144 of always being thankful for "enough."

Early walk. Managed to get all the daily activities done before 9:00am. This makes the rest of the day easier. Must try do that more often.
@RangerRickL. @w8goal4life. I find those who are grateful for what they have are often the happiest. Happiness is a choice and comes from your mind letting you be happy.
I am so grateful for my wife of 28 years. I, like Rick, married my best friend. I was fortunate to find her while at university (College). I was 21 when we married (quite young in Australian society). I find she completes me. She has strengths in a lot of the places I have weaknesses.
Likewise for this group, UAC. It has helped me so much, and I try to help it as much as I am able. I try never to take it for granted. Thank you to all of you for helping me.9 -

Im blessed to gave a good husband. Im thankful to still have power during this snow. That Ive been safe while I walk my dogs several times a day for potty walks.6 -

I don't believe in luck but I sure do believe in blessings and I have more than I ever thought possible and certainly more than I deserve. One of my biggest blessings is my wonderful husband, Joe. He is my best friend, biggest supporter, and love of my life. Today, I don't feel very well and he has insisted on babying me and even went and got dinner so I didn't have to cook. I could write a book about how amazing this man is to me.8 -

I feel blessed that I have had 52 wonderful years with my soulmate, and that we were instrumental in creating a close, caring supportive family circle. Luck doesn't come into it. I have faith in the infinite resources we all have within us to deal with whatever life throws at us.
Exercise 35 lower body circuit training + walking. (10316 steps) I worked out first thing, and got in my walking in short bursts as I was somewhat busy today.
Calorie Budget : Under goal, despite having 2 special events today.
Tracked: Yes! Every bite and nibble! 😂😂😂

Yes x 3 - like @davert123 I didn't eat the best things today but balanced with lots of exercise. 2 hours on snowshoes with lots of hills and then doing barn chores made it all work out. My daughter had baked samosas and other yummy stuff I ate out of sheer astonishment that she is cooking! Usually her house is a frozen pizza establishment. Great samosas...5

@jugar Smiled at your comment about the usual frozen pizza establishment at your daughter's. Reminded me of years ago when our youngest son was first married...there wasn't any dinner unless it was from a menu, our treat! It is nice they, eventually, grow up into responsible adult roles.3 -

So there is much that I am grateful for in life starting with husband, sons and family and health. I try to keep a daily gratitude list to remind myself to appreciate the small things that come my way. Yesterday it was the young man at the drug store who helped me find something who was so friendly and helpful to me . Not sure why but it made a true difference in my day and reminded me of how simple friendliness towards others can make such a difference when you might not realize it.6 -
