After a nice dinner, my son, Ethan, and fiancé, Taylor, and I walked to the town square in Portland, Oregon. I took this photo under the community Christmas tree.
God bless you all!

Exercised?: Yes. (20 mins bodyweight exercises)
Calories?: Yes
Tracked?: Yes
Drone race today. Misread timetable and was late to setup, but in time for event.
Best result to date. Won B division (little luck as well as some skill, fastest most and most consistent B pilot uncharacteristically crashed out in 2 of the finals (one was a mid-air) leaving room for me). My flying is definitely improving. I am happy with result and how I flew, but still more room for improvement. I uploaded some of the footage from my race camera.

Since I was not able to go for a walk, did bodyweight exercises instead.

@craigo3154 doesn't it look like a Quidditch match? Watched it expecting to see the golden snitch fly past!
Exercise: 1h30 cycling on home trainer
Calories NO
Tracked NO
This is pass day no.2 for me. I have consistently (500-1000) been down on calories all week due to the flu so I caught up as soon as possible. Hope to return to some normality tomorrow. The last antibiotic tablet is gone.
I also managed to close the negotiation for my new sup. I'm so happy! I had promised myself I'll get it before Christmas and I'll pick it up on Wednesday. Last call for my dream!7 -
Today marks the half way point in a tough month. Congrats to everyone for doing their best to keep focused and stay on plan. Wishing could say it 's all downhill from here. But I suspect the last half of the month will be even more challenging. BUT... WE CAN DO THIS!!!8

3 x Yes
Thank goodness it was a little warmer today so walked further. We have our grandson overnight as 2nd born son has gone to A&E - hope he's OK6 -
@RangerRickL Congrats to your son, Ethan, and his fiancé, Taylor. Spring/early summer 2019 will be busy for you!
@craigo3154 Nice footage...but still dizzying to watch. Some of the "targets" appear to be near horizontal to the ground. Congrats on your results!
@roma49 Hope 2nd born son is doing well. Hugs to you!
It seems we have several teammates who have been on the sick and/or injured list, recently. Wishing you all wellness and recuperation!
@jan110144 Agreed the last half of the month will require sustained determination; but you are correct...WE CAN DO THIS!7 -

14th yes yes yes
15th no no no
16th yes yes yes
I was really happy . On the 13th I managed to go for a nice cross country run for the first time in a couple of years after breaking my ankle. The next day was great but then on the 15th it sprained again (my break has left things very weak and it used to sprain every 2 or 3 weeks). I was a it gutted so yesterday was a write-off - that was my 3rd pass.
My ankle has started to go down and the boa strap I have held it together so I managed to get out with my dog for walk. I think the lesson for me is that time alone isn't going to make my ankle better so I'm going to have to work around it - boa strap while running and gaffer tape for walking :-) I try and do that until next Christmas :-)6 -

Some targets are near horizontal to the ground. They are "dive gates". Takes a certain amount to courage to fly at the ground and hopefully miss (I have often failed to pull out in time - and you risk breaking things every time you collide with solid objects, like the ground).
Also with dive gates you need to try miss the supports. They can do as much damage to the craft as the ground. Often more so.

Exercise? Yup. I did 10 minutes of running and then a youtube video to get to 25 minutes
So I was ruffling through youtube and found this video of a guy who committed to running every single day for a minimum of 10 minutes. So now I'm giving it a go. I got in my 10 minutes today, we'll check in and see about tomorrow.7 -

Exercise? Drizzly day here. 30 minutes low impact aerobics inside to avoid taking our clean car out in the rain.
Calories? Within allowance...although used most of the earned exercise calories today.
Tracked? Yes.5 -
Yes x 3 - my video would not be so dizzying as yours, @craigo3154 ! That is almost as crazy as a bodycam when riding a horse on a cross country or other jumping course. Good one!
I had an exercise treat today - my best friend came over with her youngest son and his girlfriend for a snowshoe / hike in the woods. I took them on my longest most difficult trail and we had a blast. It was just above freezing and sunny, the snow was crunchy, the critters were out. We saw a pileated woodpecker, many deer foraging and sleeping areas, and various tracks. My friend's son now lives in Australia, so we don't see him often. He is doing great, and his girlfriend from Oz is wonderful.7 -

Yes, yes, yes. Wanted a run but it was too cold out. Supposed to warm up a bit this week so I did strength training instead. This group has helped so much this month! We have friends in town from Malaysia that we see once a year. They offered to take us for supper to a burger joint. Yummm, but yikes for calories. I looked calories up ahead of time, knew what I would order and stuck to a light lunch. Never would have bothered to do all that without this accountability and could have easily eaten my entire days worth of calories in that one meal if I hadn’t paid attention!5

I’m a day late checking in. With ending the semester with my last final then all the preparing and traveling I didn’t even remember I hadn’t posted last night until I was heading to the airport this morning. Somehow I’ve still managed to stay mostly on track with tracking calories and everything so hopefully I can continue that throughout this week’s trip.
A friend and I are looking at doing a half marathon walk this coming summer so I’m really hoping the compression sleeves my doctor recommended help this leg out with it’s healing and give it the support it needs and I can get back to more walking and weight bearing activities. The last time I had an activity or date to work for was the 5k that tore this muscle so I’m really excited that I have a fun fitness activity to look forward to doing and work towards.3 -
I traveled from the west coast to the eastern time zone today (3 hour difference).
Exercise: lots of walking with baggage and a heavy book bag
Calories: under by nice margin
Tracking: very good3 -

I’m glad I have to be accountable daily on this thread because it’s really helping me stay on my goals this month. I don’t expect to lose weight this month, usually I gain weight in winter, so if I can maintain I’ll be super pleased.4 -
Yes x 3 for Sunday!2

Pass #3
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - 57 minutes on mini-trampoline
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No - my mom hosted a family dinner at her retirement home, the the dessert was SOOO much more than I had guesstimated and pre-planned. I knew it would be chocolate cake ... maybe multi-layer ... wasn't prepared for thick layers of whipping cream between the layers and covering the whole thing ....
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes - finished the rewrite of the anticipated dinner this morning, and figured out exactly HOW over I was .... would have needed an extra 30 minutes or so of my usual mini-trampoline just to break even.
