Mornin' BBB.
What time is it there, Lou? Love watching the sunrise with a good cup of joe.
Christmas shopping 90% done.
BBB OP ;-)0 -
Morning~
Lou - great photo! When do you return to reality?
Lee - I'm with you - better than 90% done.
1 more day before DF goes home. This was a VERY odd trip. I am tense; stressed; and so is he. Not sure why! I went to bed at 7:30 last night just to get an early escape.
Home inspection occurs today. Fingers crossed.
Still feeling puny.....flu is running its course, I suppose.

Good Morning BBB.
Got busy and neglected to post yesterday. More organizing. One more round of boxes with work stuff and then we will be fine tuning our set up. We are getting a clam - a 6 sided tent that we will stake out and use as storage by the camper to have access to stuff.
Bears won!! NFC North Champs!!
Lisa - how is Etta?
Lou - enjoy the warmth and food.
Bill - feel better
Steph - I hope Ron feels better soon
Lee - congrats to AB's baby daddy
Sam - well said
Do good out there everyone.0 -
Good morning BBB friends.
I'm sick and feeling sorry for my self. Just a cold, but inconvenient timing.0 -
So, Lou, you're quietly sitting in the warm sunshine with your cup of Brazilian coffee ... somehow I don't feel bad for you.
Enjoy the rest of your trip!
Skip, that's hard. (my husband would be throwing inappropriate jokes in at my comment ... is it awful that I can hear him saying it?) I hope your day today feels more comfortable and that you can connect with your dad a little.
Raine, it sounds like you're making yourself right at home! That's awesome! I'm so glad you're happy.
Etta is okay. She went upstairs on her own twice yesterday ... the day before, Jim carried her up there so she could sleep in our room where she likes to be. She's not limping at all, or showing any visible signs of distress. She just is avoiding stairs and jumping. We've been giving her the aspirin, like you suggested.
I'm back to work today. I feel very disconnected from workshops ... I need to get back in the game! I'm subbing one tonight, too.0 -
Dave - I hope you feel better soon - I bet you are tired of it.0

Bears NFC North Champs!! Congrats!
Im 99% done shopping. I will stop today for SO's new cologne, and done. Seems fishing gear is the majority of what Im giving others this year. Maybe I'll get to use my own pole, and my tackle box will be intact with what I have in it LOL.
Sounds like Etta is better!
Good call on the clam Raine. Im glad we have our 10 x 10 shed on our campsite. And that's not even for our everyday life stuff. Will you buy a home in FL or going to full time RV?
Skip, it'll be okay... holidays are hard sometimes, and add not feeling well, the house stuff, etc. it adds up. Maybe something is got your pops in a mood, too.
I myself am not going to allow myself or anyone else to stress me out, nor shall I stress others. My motto, for the next two weeks is: "go with the flow" and as always be grateful for all my family, friends, our health and happiness and being together, whenever we can.
I get to play HOA welcome wagon to the new family of morticians closing on the house 3 doors down this week. Maybe I can sign up a new HOA board member....
Kelly, Henry sure is a handsome boy! Gettin' big!!
Have a great day!0 -
Good morning BBB Friends.
- Get well wishes for Steph, Dave, Skip, Etta and whoever else may be feeling poorly.
- DW and I are about 90% better. Really tired of being sick.
- I made it to the ROMEO breakfast this morning. Always enjoyable.
- Our Vet Club is having our Christmas dinner tonight. I think we will be able to make it.
- Lou, I am guessing that cup of Brazilian coffee was better than the cup of Huddle House coffee I had this morning.
- Steve, you out there?

Morning gang
One more pile of stuff to donate to the airman's attic. I'll call him today to pick up. Then I think I am done with donating until we are done with dishes.
Working from home today with a quick trip to the local store. Must get caught up on paperwork. And booking January travel.
This week's trip is to Kansas City and across Kansas ending at Dad's on Friday. Ron will go with me so need to pack everything I want to drop at Dad's plus Christmas gifts.0 -
Hi, folks.
That pic was taken at around 8AM in Brazil, so about 5AM for you folks on the East Coast.
I was up at 3:30 this morning and the brain immediately started firing and wouldn't let me go back to sleep. So, I started the AM threads here and on the GDT (scared the heck out of them because there's an order to how things are done over there),caught up Words With Friends and a bunch of other stuff.
It's 8:30 now and we're getting ready to go out to dinner in a bit.0 -
Good evening. I think I’m caught up on reading.
Hope everyone who’s sick feels better!
