The chocolates & other goodies I have been bought for me by work colleagues have all been put away untouched, I'll open them Christmas day when all the family are round as I know they will pounce on them leaving only the ones I don't like LOL4 -

NOT a "cheat day". A "planned pass to enjoy a special occasion." You DID exercise and log ... so the basic sense of accountability is still there. And tomorrow, real life continues ....2 -

Exercise? Yes, 40 minute walk with DH before it started raining earlier today. Temps were considerably mild at 58 degrees, considering it is winter, the shortest daytime hours of the year, with the least amount of sunlight! Cooled down into the 30's since then, though.

Pass #2. Appetizer potluck supper with friends. Left lots of calories but can’t be sure about tracking that kind of snacky meal. Tomorrow we head out of town to stay with the in laws for several days. There are going to be lots of tasty treats and rich meals... I’m hoping this isn’t the start of a string of pass days! Must make good choices!3

Rose and I drove 2.5 hours to visit my closest in age and closest in friendship cousin, Sharon and her husband, Lee.
Thanks to tracking, we could enjoy the visit and the luncheon at a nice organic focused restaurant and end the day in on the good side of the UAC program.
Exercise: almost 50 minutes of cardio intervals and lots of pushups and jump rope
Calories: under modestly, which is a major victory during a day like today.3 -

At this late date...I would guesstimate 3-4 weeks for each one. It was close to 40 years ago that he did the embroidery work for the four stockings.
