Hey! This reminds me I haven't signed up for January yet. Heading over as I finish typing this.
I should make it to the circle this month. Have a pass left which I mean to use post-race on the 31st.
As for today...
Exercise - 18k run with 3k climb run twice, had planned to go to the gym later but had more than enough
Calories - yes

No winners circle for me this month ... but plan to be there in January!
In looking back over this month, and not being in the winner's circle, I find that I am really quite pleased. This month marks a real accomplishment for me, compared to my checkered past While I had several days over my calorie allotment, only two of them were outside of maintenance calories. Most importantly, I have been able to recover after going over my allotment without falling into weeks (or months) of overeating because of feeling l have failed, 'blown my diet anyway', or any of the other negative things I used to say to myself. Instead, I have fairly easily gone back quickly to eating normally (according to plan) ... and I never missed an exercise day, except for Christmas (which was totally pre-planned).
All in all, it has been a month of learning for me and I head toward the New Year with the belief that I really have made a life change and can maintain this forever. Pretty exciting!8 -

I had an un expected Christmas wedding today. So even tho I dried my best to eat good, this will put me out of the winners circle for Dec. I did exersize and log today.7 -
I am pretty sure I have used 4 and will be out of the circle .... but thinking back I can only specifically remember 3. I know I posted them as they happened so I will look back and verify.2

Exercise? Yes, 20 minutes low impact aerobics and a 70 minutes walk in the village. A bit chillier today!
Calories? Within allowance without using up all of my exercise calories earned.

@RangerRickL As of now, I'm still planning on Winner's Circle with one pass left for the month. My third and final pass will be to celebrate New Year's Eve and Jim's birthday.
Hugs to several team mates who are struggling with illness or injury; and, yet, still take the time to report in the face of adversity. You are commended for your diligence and being present for the duration. It's the long haul that counts, and I appreciate your commitment!5 -

I did not leave for Phoenix today as I still need more therapy for my back. After Monday's mid-day massage and therapy, I hope to be ready to go...

Rough day today - I had a major blow up with the taller half and will take a couple of days away to cool off. I did not do too well today even though I had a personal best time up our hill (1 km very steep!) getting rid of some extra steam, if you know what I mean. I'm sure it will all be resolved but I will go hang out with my sister to get some time away. In any case, I won't be in the circle for December but I maintained way better than I would have without you all. Thanks!4

Yes, it was definitely 4. I am out of the circle this time .... but only by 1. Not bad for only my third month AND this being December.

I love this challenge and I think I would like to continue it in January; haven’t quite made up my mind; I’ve been so busy & tired lately that I’m just trying to get through December!!!

Pass day# 5 so obviously won't be making it to the much coveted winners circle, I could easily have made better choices today so will live and learn,
Exercise yes 10 min quigong, 20 min yoga -great to get back on the mat again! 60 min walk to the chemist to get some relief from this awful cold bug, it is working and have got my taste back which is lovely

Worked at it & did it.
My BIG insight. My brain wants to eat out, but my body doesn’t feel good when I do & prefers my healthier food at home. Hopefully my brain will start listening to my body soon.

Ate out, couldn't even estimate calories, did exercise, didn't log, probably didn't stay in the caloric limits.2
