I exercise and do distance running because it helps me stay strong and gives me energy. It also helps me maintain a lower weight after drastic weight loss, which is something I never want to gain back. It all gives me the feeling that I can accomplish anything I stick to.0

I’m focused on improving my cycling speed and endurance. I race with my teenager, and both have improvement goals for the year. Plus... I don’t want to get knocked down early from heart disease or whatnot.0
