Water aerobics

I am new to this and what to hear from anyone with great success.

    I do water aerobics up to three times a week and thoroughly enjoy it. I do it to keep moving and to add exercise to my weight loss journey. I go to LA Fitness classes in Queen Creek, AZ. I can't say I've had great success as of now, but I am very slowly taking off some pounds. If you work hard in a class situation, you can't help but get benefits from the exercise. I am unable to do workouts out of the pool, as I have severe arthritis and spine issues, so that is why I started water aerobics. Our classes run about 50 minutes with a warm up, workouts with and without water weights, and a cool down. You get out of it what you put into it. I hope this helps you.
