Mark, good on ya for getting after your health. Sounds like you have a wonderful home and family. Am looking forward to the down under perspective.

Dave, I started eating tylenol yesterday myself. Something just making me feel like dookey.
    Hope you are feeling better.

    Be OP ;-)

    Good Morning!

Welcome again, Mark, and welcome back Rick!

We have had several nice days, even approaching 60. Starting to cool off again, and they are saying a cold rain and maybe even snow are possible for Saturday, when the Chiefs tromp the Colts.

I went to the chiropractor yesterday. I always feel better after that visit. I also went to the counselor after work last night, and I feel better about that too. Right now the counselor has me working on boundaries. I am starting to get some traction on that.

    Have a great day!

    Good Morning!

Wet soggy weather continues on and off for the next week. At least it isn't too cold and I should be able to get a walk in, one advantage of not being able to go to far. Otherwise it is off to the mall to walk. Exciting day today starting with PT. I still haven't finished the Xmas pack up. I hope to get it done after PT and some errands if it isn't raining too much.

    Good morning gentlemen.

Feeling a bit lousy, this morning, but better than yesterday. The mornings seem to be the worst part of the day. I felt well enough to go to my woodturners club meeting last night.

Get that bike out, Mark. Exercise will do as much for you mental outlook as your physical.

Scored a nice piece of freshly cut white oak in the wood raffle, last night, so I hope to spend a bit of time in the shop turning a rough bowl and prepping it for drying.

sorry you are still not feeling so great Dave. Been blustery here lately with some rain at times. Got in nice walk early today before the rain.

•For our friend from down under I post here.
Yeah there are at least a few "Salties" (saltwater crocodiles) up the Daintree River and not always the best spot for skinny dipping. Welcome indeed. I too have raised money for cancer research while riding my bike. In my case I have done the Leukemia Lymphoma Society Team in Training century ride around Lake Tahoe on 4 occasions. Beautiful ride for sure.

    Good afternoon.

Rainy night turned to snow flurries and now blustery wind blowing clouds through. I keep hoping for some deep snow or a good cold spell for ice fishing. A friend went fly fishing this morning and found the river overflowing its banks--we've had sooo much rain lately.

I usually finish last in the few races I've been in. The most fun was Athol River Rat Race, with 270+ canoes of all sorts-- from racing canoes to beat up aluminum tubs. A dozen canoes tipped over before the race even began. My paddling partner and I did not finish in the top 50, but we were not dead last either.

I have to get back to tracking. I deleted the MFP app from my phone to make storage room, but I really need to put it back on.

Steve, my office used to be the same way when I was working. Maddening. I used to like coming in on optional holidays to cover, because then no one would bother me. We lost power one day, and that was good-- no phone calls the rest of the day.

Hey Fellas - Made a couple of bad food choices today but nothing overly terrible, like I am used to. Late finish at work and straight to bed will keep me out of the kitchen snacks. Back to do it tomorrow. I find that what works for me is to pre-plan what to eat the day before. Helps keep me on track.

    Mark
