Is there a way to track a gluten free diet in MFP?

    I'm confused...you log all foods the same way whether or not they contain gluten...

    I don't think there is any special way to track diet itself, except thru the thread groups like this one where you can get help with menu items or restaurant ideas or other suggestions. I do find eating Keto or Very Low Carb will make it much easier to be gluten free and there are private groups on MFP that you can join where there will be quite a few members with similar situations. I also belong to the Low Carber Daily group and the Low Carber Daily - Ladies Over 50 group. You must ask to join as there are a lot of ranting bro-science trollers out there who have a hissy fit when they hear 'keto' or 'low carb.' Of course, you need to find the way that works best for you and for some they may find things are more sustainable if there are foods mimicking some old favorites that they can no longer eat safely.
