Exercised?: Yes - feeling much better today so managed a 50 minute brisk walk plus 10 minutes of fast dancing with my daughter.
Calories?: Yes - nicely under target, even with a sorbet treat.

1/13 Posting Early as this is a planned pass day.
Exercise? More than enough with vacuuming and washing floors on hands and knees.
Calories? Will be over, given our guests will be arriving within the hour and we will be sharing a meal of homemade cream of broccoli soup, croissants, beef tenderloin with roasted root vegetables which doesn't sound too bad until the appetizers and desserts (yes, plural - celebrating 2 birthdays, so I made each their favorite dessert) are added in together with beverages.
Tracked? Not today.

Exercise-Yes but it’s my rest day so I just did ten minutes core work and brisk 20 minute walk this morning. I was stuck in the office most of the day, I did walking lunges every time I had to grab something from the printer.
Calories- Yes under by about 50
Tracking- Yes. It’s second nature to me.
Thanks everyone for the hugs on my first pass day. And guess it’s true that those healthy habits are starting to stick, lol I blew my pass day on a gosh darn roasted chicken😂😂😂8 -

EXERCISE: Yes. 9 mile run in 1:10:49 (7:52/mile).
CALORIES: Yes. 2020 target; 2873 consumed (132g protein) - 1345 burned = 1528 net.
TRACKED: Yes, including the extra snacks I needed to eat back the run.
After going over yesterday, today balanced me out for the weekend, but today was a little carb heavy after the long run. Blood test tomorrow morning, so I'll be briefly fasting, which means no coffee and no exercise until perhaps after work. Though, after completing 26 miles this week, my body will probably remind me to rest.4 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes -- it was my rest day, but I got in a 30 minute treadmill walk while waiting for dinner to finish. Ending the day with over 14,000 steps.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and slightly under.

I spent time "mall walking' in the Phoenix airport. Pushing a suitcase...it works!

Calories: surprisingly low for a travel day, well under my limit.
