    UGH! I replaced my Surge with an Ionic, but for some reason it is NOT counting properly. I am looking right now to see if there is an issue with the Ionic. Anybody have a problem with undercounting?

    Hi!
    Due to poor functionality of my fitness band I am not able to track my steps accurately. Now it's counting even when I move my arms! I don't want to do guess work, not fair. Please take me out of the group list.
