I work in a pharmacy and it is absolutely exhausting. I feel like I'm not reaching my potential bc I'm standing for 8 hours a day and then i come home and do my workouts with 0% battery in the tank.
Tldr: I am burning out 😭1 -
I think the fact that your doing anything in better then doing nothing! You should be proud of what you are doing given you have a physically exhausting job! Today I felt the same way during my ILKB workout didn’t feel I gave it me all and didn’t get a good workout in but a little bit is better then nothing
remember to take a day to rest and recover for your self as well! Maybe try a preworkout to if you arnt I find mine are helping!

The one thing I was confused with is the percentages. Does anyone know the daily percentage amount for veggies, Protein, carbs,fat are supposed to be? I just have mine set on what ever the app put0

Teri had said in one video that they are supposed to be 33.3 so everything is equal but it’s supposed to be carbs protein and veggie but mine doesn’t let me set the macros to veggie instead of fat so I just try to track food off the list instea d0
