Please let me know if you need help understanding MyFitnessPal and if you have any questions on how to track your food!

I recommend starting with tracking everything you eat for a couple normal days. This will give you a great blueprint of your macros and calorie count.

    Also-don't add in your exercise as it will mess with your macros. Just track your food. Even if it is a big *kitten* donut. Put it in there!
