Long day ahead here.

And my lengthy post on Skip's thread is gone forever. Now y'all will never know who killed them.0

It was the Butler in the Study with the candelabra.
Mr Eubanks' mistress turns out was a pre-surgical drag queen. He knew that this exposure would be do much for Mrs Eubanks to endure. With an air tight alibi (he was baking bread in the basement kitchen), he nearly got away with it too. Until..... Until.......

Mornin' BBB.
Sadly, my patient did not do well and is no longer with us. She survived surgery but a pre-existing kidney problem doomed her recovery.
The last few weeks I have been flooded with tough cases, but this one was a dog and client I was very close to.
Thanks for all your support... it's greatly appreciated.
Dave, how's Rita?
Have highly productive meetings today, Raine.
Final recheck with rheumatologist yesterday. She finally gave up on pseudo gout and aquiesced to the type 1 parvovirus (not the same as the doggy parvo) diagnosis. I had antibodies to this virus and this particular viral infection fits my symptomology. Its joint soreness effects can last months. There was just no way to tell when I got exposed (and usually seen in children), thus the need to rule out the gouts and give me tincture of time.
Can't wait to see photos of new van, Steph. Sounds like a fun adventure.
Seriously considering getting some kind of wee camper. It'll make dog trialing much less expensive and won't need to worry about bed bugs and I'll have my own pillows.

Good morning BBB friends.
Got DW to the doctor, yesterday. He concluded she has a virus, not any sort of bacterial infection. She just has to wait it out. On the other hand, he allayed her fears of something worse. He was a really nice young Army captain - 26 years old - going through his residency at the Army medical center on Joint Base Lewis McChord. They just seem to get younger and younger, as we get older. She is still coughing, but seems a little better, to me.
Skip and Lou could form a comedy team.
Glad you are focusing in on a cause for your mystery malady, Lee. Hope the recovery continues. You're too active to be held back.
It's 18 degrees in Tumwater; pretty chilly, for us. But is should also be dry and sunny for the next couple of days.0 -
Good morning BBB friends.
- Nice small group meeting at church this morning.
- Sorry about your patient Lee. I'm sure she had a better life with your care.
- Skip, are we going to see you at the SOTUA tonight?
- We are headed to 75° today. Almost heaven.
- Have a great meeting Raine.
- Sending warm thoughts to Tumwater and Portland.

Morning BBB
Ron is driving me to South East Iowa today to visit two of the stores that are converting to gordmans in March. So thankful to get all the ankle biting paperwork issue done while he drives. Frees up the evenings.
Next step in van is to go to meet with the salesman. He can finish the build and place the order. They are still only selling fleet vehicles so it might be a few more weeks before we can actually order but hopefully soon.0 -
Good Morning
Sorry for the patient loss, Lee. A camper for you and the pups will be great!
Hope your whole day isn't monthly meetings, Raine
Nice you let a new friend in on the ROMEO club, Dennis
How is retired life faring for your hubby, Steph? Sounds like its nice for the both of you!
Here's to Rita improving each day.
Sounds like we are going to get some freezing rain, ice tonite around 6pm. I'll be home by then. Oil change and tire rotation at 4pm today. Thought it was yesterday, had my dates messed up. So back there later today.
Sam, you are a good sil to put up with all the noise
Lou, give us a hint?
Have a good day BBB0 -
Chilly with a teensy bit of snow here on our side of PDX today. Rode w studded winter tires on my bike today. Useful on the snow covered wetland bridges.
Yeah my wife has some sort of probable stomach virus today.
Stay warm and cozy all!0
