Calorie goal - No, only a little over but still over.
Logging - Yes.
This was my 3rd pass day (on February 3rd!!) so I'm out this month but going to keep going to get myself in the swing ready for March.3 -

Exercised 20 minutes? Yes! Again, three days in a row of amazement for me! On a Sunday, after preparing the altar at church, it was a peaceful morning, 7:30 a.m., I stopped at the high school track and walked. Then spent the rest of the day, up and down stairs, hosting a superbowl party. I was sore and tired at the end of the night
Did I stay within my calorie goal? Probably not, but not sure, because I did not track each item that I put in my mouth. If I went over, shouldn't be by much because I tried to keep it minimal
Did I track everything? No, I did a blanket calorie amount suggested from someone else to do when attending parties. So I logged in 600 calories for dinner.
