Yesterday, as the sun was setting, I was standing in a parking lot and was just amazed to see the sunset’s glow reflected in the red rock of this outcropping.

Ugh. 8 days into February and I only accumulated 2 hours of exercise for the month.
But beauty big time! All is not lost. I am always thinking about my dietary, exercise and lifestyle behaviors because of this group.
Today weather, equipment and everything else converged on letting me have some pleasantness outside for a change. Below freezing but the sun was shining. A speck of wind but that is alright.
I am already "passed out" for feb. That is weird.
I think I can start amping up though.

Winter comes. I lose my mojo for weather and stuff. I always worry that I ain't gonna be the same guy in the spring.

I’m taking an exercise rest day today. The dog and I had a nice time outside but she is the slowest little girl. She stops and smells EVERYTHING, it’s not exercise... it can barely be called a walk.

My old dog didn't go for walks either .... she went for "perambulations" ... even when she wasn't that old! And she was "Queen Of The World" who knew very well what was due her dignity. The world came to HER, not the other way around.

Exercise:🔆 yes! Even after I got on the scale and lose nothing. I told myself trust the process. Got up did 20mins of Hasfit Standing and hitt workout.
Calories:🔆Yes -but with great difficulty. I work in a office where someone is always bring donuts and cakes in on Friday. I said no to all of I today.
Tracked:🔆 Yes! I reviewed my diary this week and on reflection could do with drinking more water. I want to buy a water bottle that has a fruit infuse. I think this will help.6 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - it was *kitten*hole cold outside, and the gym is closed this week, but I bundled up and got in a 25 minute walk.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? I did not. I didn't go over my maintenance calories but I did go over my daily deficit. I plead TOM, lol. The chips were worth it, though.
