    Given that I JUST FINALLY got my Friend Request page to open, and that is still working right. So I am HOPING this isn't just me.

    It seems to be working again ... for the moment .... when I logged in just now and tried to add the evening HIIT entry again, all 10 tries from yesterday evening ALSO (finally) loaded.

    The first day after I go off track is so important. It's the difference between a little whoops and weeks or months off track. Glad I got back to my usual food and exercise plan right away.

    Had a job interview, so was totally stressed all day. Knocked myself out in Bollywood exercise class. I was too tired to eat, a rarity, so way under calories.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - active rest day, so "only" 65 minutes jogging on the mini-trampoline - no HIIT

    Exercise? No, but close....so close, did 15 minutes of exercise, expected to do 10 more minutes in afternoon but didn't follow through.
