    Happy Valentine everyone!

Don't mess up the day with too much ... you know (chocolate, wine, etc.,) except you've planned it as a pass day :)

Retracting my 3:44AM declaration of "Pass Day #2." At that hour of the morning, after having a peanut butter & jelly sandwich followed by cookies, I erroneously assumed I would never complete the day, successfully. In fact, I skipped breakfast after being awake all night (finally going to bed at 8AM), lunch (lo-cal cauliflower soup with some cantaloupe & blueberries for dessert) was all of 194 calories, and dinner (spaghetti squash casserole with some raw sugar snap peas and 36 grams of frozen chocolate yogurt for dessert) was 245 calories. The end tally was a total of 1318 calories consumed out of a total of 1616 available calories which included 216 earned exercise calories. I thereby declare this day to be a saved "WIN" (even with the PB&J and cookies) with pass days to date standing at one (1). Phew! Why do I have days like this????

Exercise? Yes, 20 minutes low impact aerobics in the morning before finally going to bed, and a walk of 50 minutes duration late afternoon.
Calories? Unbelievably, 298 remaining should I care to have a light snack later this evening.
    Tracked? Yes!

It is a pass day for me. I ended up in meetings all day that were filled with food. I don't know that Valentine's Day itself would have put me over but the combination did.

Happy Valentine's Day, everyone! I was able to keep my Valentine's treat planned, tracked, and within calories, so I'm proud of myself for that. Hope everyone has been having a wonderful day. :)

    🎈❤️Happy Valentine‘s day!❤️🎈

3x yes: I decided to skip out on work this afternoon to go for my first run this year. The weather was pretty mild today and I was excited that at least one pair of mergansers was swimming in the thawing ice water of Lake Michigan and therefore made it through the deep freeze of the last few weeks). Proud to bring a total of leftover 924 kcal to a work dinner (I know, on Valentine’s day? 😱 - but I have the best boyfriend who’s ok with making up for it on the weekend).

Tracked everything and did not go overboard at dinner (although there was some guessing, I think I‘m safe).

Even with dessert of red jello and whipped dessert topping, I made it under the limit (just!) thanks to walking and shifting bins around for ~ two hours. (we don't normally have dessert)

    Exercise: 33 minutes jogging on mini-trampoline / 2 x 1 km walk (trudge) through semi-cleared snow-covered sidewalks / ~ 2 hours of rearranging storage bins and boxes.
Food: under (counted the jogging and walking, and I am under by 7 even without the uncountable bin-shifting)
    Tracked: totally.
