    For the last 3 days (12th, 13th, and 14th) I have used pass days. I gotta break this cycle and get back on track.

    @RangerRickL Sounds like fun. I would like to see it. Horses are amazing creatures. The broad range of things they are capable of amazes me. I love watching a good cutting horse work!

    Tried to get on here last night time and time again, and it would not load.

    Excercise: Yes, Mixed it up a bit so I would get board. Stretch day for T25 and Threw in Insane Abs.

    Calories: Yup. Birthday party for the kid! No pizza, no soda, and only a small cupcake with half the frosting! I felt pretty good about that choice.

    I knocked myself out weightlifting, and then Zumba.The fat on my body is starting to soften into jelly, yes gross, but it means it'll be leaving me soon! Bye bye lardass, sayanara belly roll.
