Hey folks

What’s your favourite body part or way to train.

For me it’s got to be training back and legs so the traditional deadlift is my fav ❤️

    Dead lifts,bench...in fact all compound stuff...not into isolation it bores me too tears lol

    Hmmmm; cycling, yoga, kettlebells. Basically core and all over fitness.

    I'm into gymnastic rings normally but I'm a little bored of it at the mo so doing compound movements

    I love swimming and horse riding and walking. In the gym I usually head for elliptical.
