Most days, what you share within this team is the most important, eloquent and inspiring. Two days ago, @MadisonMolly2017 posted this:
The healthy goal I want most? I have four.
1. Maintain my 75+ pound weight loss & eventually get to 147/148 lbs.
2. Return to my earlier, more nutritious eating
3. become as fit as I can
4. Maintain my excellent labs, bp, lower pulse for same exercise, etc.
The one I want the most: A tie between 1 & 4, but of course they are related.
What price are you willing to pay to obtain the healthy goal?
**Stop eating out again.**Area to improve!
**Pre-prep lunch & dinner, so I don’t suggest eating out.** Area to improve!
Continue exercising & pursue yoga & weight lifting. Continue tracking all & keep calories in under calories out.
If you don't pay the price to obtain that goal...what will be the cost to your health if you let yourself get in your way?
I believe I would be unsuccessful in maintaining my weight loss, and my labs will go in the wrong direction. I won’t have the energy & ease in climbing hills. I won’t look as slim —> decreased confidence. I will be embarrassed. I will have let down myself AND not kept my promise to my kidney donor angel.
My kidney function is now completely Normal. I Don’t. Want. To. Jeopardize. That. It was 9% in 2017 prior to transplant.
Off to walk around to work off the remaining calorie surplus for today.

I do love that quote. I want to change a career and heading for 50 but not sure how to and what to. But I would rather say I can’t believe I did it rather than wish I had.
I think I need to see a life coach and get things in perspective.
However, back to reality.
Yes to all 3.
My goal is to be stricter in March as have to follow a restricted diet anyway for health reasons and to walk run getting in lots of steps for cancer research.
So bring on another month.5 -

Feb 23 - 3 X yes with lots to spare (still not hungry after Friday's lunch, and left lots of the 220 exercise calories from 74 minutes mini-trampolining "in the bank)
Feb 24 - slept in .... (often weekends are "inadvertent intermittent fast days" just 'cause I get up late and have to try to fit the usual calories into a smaller time window - often a challenge to get UP to a good number, especially if I get carried away with longer-that-workdays exergaming time) ... still not toooo hungry, but will happily do justice to supper.
exercise - 58 minutes jogging on mini-trampoline
under calories - pre-tracked and there will be plenty of exercals left over in the bank again
tracked everything - yup.4 -

Today is a Pass Day for me, and I am quite OK with that. It is my first day since starting the UAC on New Year's Day, so it is totally all good. I went to a party last night where I drank for the first time in about 3 years (I actually tracked the two drinks I had within my calories yesterday), but then when I was very tipsy around 12:30/1am this morning, I ate way more than I should have. So I decided to just take a Pass Day as I had a great time at the party, and it's OK to enjoy it every-so-often.
Overall, UAC has helped me lose 7.6 lbs since New Year's Day. This one day is not going to hurt me. I'll still be in that Winner's Circle this month!2 -
Having a lot of trouble with my infection.
Really wiped out. It’s disheartening.
Off to a specialist hopefully in morning.
Diet on track.

Pass day. We’ve got a stomach bug going through the house and today it knocked me out. Calories were fine but no exercise! Hoping a good sleep tonite has us all waking up feeling better.4

@strongscarlet, I hope the specialist gets you in asap. Infections are exhausting. Take it easy on yourself. I was in UAC last year, had some health issues and then it was pass, pass, pass, and I had to take a break. But I'm back on track now, and you will be too . Hang in there.
@MadisonMolly2017, I agree with RangerRick that your post is very inspiring. Kidney transplant, weight loss and great labs. Wow.
For me today, yes x 3. I'm still off work, so have turned into a workout animal. Too bad tomorrow is Monday and back to work. It's so easy for me to maintain good habits when I'm off.

My report:
First day in 2 years that I got out my guitar; tuned it up; downloaded some country music and lyrics; and played. It was fun...I'm rusty, but it was fun.

Exercised? I think.
Calories? A little over, I think.
Tracked? Nope.
We had friends over for dinner. I saved enough calories, but when it came down to it, I did not want to weigh/measure and track my wine & cheese in front of our guests while we were socializing. So I decided to forgo the winner’s circle this month and take Pass day #4! We had a very good time.

Just had 4 pass days in a row visiting family. Lots of alcohol and snacks. I have put on another half pound this week, which makes a pound over 2 weeks.
Oh well, I'm back on it today with my pre-prepped and pre-logged breakfast and lunch and for the next 2 days too. My goal is set for 1lb a week loss, so if I keep at it I should get rid of that pound.6 -
Thank you @RangerRickL & @Anya_000 !

I am very pleased that I walked over an hour & for over 10K steps. I also went to a 74-min restorative yoga class.
Food was very good. 101 calorie deficit (would be higher but going to sleep early!)
Healthy choices, exact calorie counts. Very low sodium, very low sat fat. Lots of fiber/water. No cravings again. Phew!
Tracked all.
3 Pass Days used.
1 day down
4 to go!!
It feels amazing to be in control again without the cravings/urges.
My commitment to this group, and my
Really wanting to be in Winners Circle for a year made it so I could get back on track!
Thank you❣️6 -

Finally figured out how to stay in control of my health while visiting family. I didn’t expect it be such a challenge since I’m fine at hotels and eating out. I will be happy to be back to my routine.
