Still struggling, but I am determined to be in the Winner’s Circle for my 11th month. (I began April 1 last year & intend to be in the Winner’s Circle all year.
Today was my 3rd Pass Day. We did go for a walk 9-10pm, so my surplus was very small, but still, over.
Exercise: 64 min walk

Calories: over 86.
5 days. I can do this. In fact, I NEED to do this. UAC is saving me. I’m not sure what’s going on, but I’m committing to the next 5 days. No more passes AND, for me, I will not eat anything without an exact calorie count.

Pass Day
Saturday was hectic and busy and way too much eat on the go. Something I need to plan ahead for in the future so it doesn't happen again, or at the very least, fewer in frequency.2 -
MFP app had been very slow, or so I thought. Takes forever for the community section to load. But now my phone has been on the fritz for days, haven't been able to complete check in. But I've been tracking, hitting goals and exercising! Hope to get a repair or new phone in the next few days.1
