    I searched because i want some seated exercises to start getting my very de- conditioned body in better nick so I'm not feeling so ill all the time. What age group is everyone? I'm 51 newly diagnosed but been having symptoms for years and they have got worse over time. I end up in bed most days by mid afternoon and am too unwell to work at the moment.

    Hi everyone! I have neurocardiogenic syncope (NCS) and was diagnosed in 2002. I am cardio-exercise intolerant (adreneline), can't stand for more than 4 minutes, and can't bend over without having an episode. But, I do manage! :)
