Congratulations to everyone who is still posting through the end of the month of February!!
Before I list the qualifiers for the Winner's Circle, I want to thank @bisonpitcher for his inspiring and wise post on 2/26.
Here is his post, "Went off the rails a bit yesterday! Its all good. One bad day does not ruin 115 lbs lost. Good lesson for those that are starting out. Don't freak out over a bad day. I've had lots of them over the last 2 years. Even with those bad days, I've gone from almost 300 lbs to 180lbs. and 40+% body fat to 12%. I've done that by having many more good days than bad and not stressing over bad days and getting right back on the horse the next day. Don't let 1 bad day turn into 2 or 3 or a week. Consistency is key. I was over my calorie budget by 3200 yesterday. But i will still reach my goal. Take that attitude and you will reach your goal too." @bisonpitcher
Thanks for that big dose of reality. Don't beat yourself up when you have those momentary lapses or intentional splurges. What really matters is what habits you have 90 percent of the time.

@strongscarlet 46, 5’4
Date: Feb 28, 2019
Goal: Lose 100 lbs
9.4 lbs lost [MFP] in 34 days
>>7.3 lbs lost [Feb UAT] in last 28 days
90.6 lbs to go!
Avg. Loss Rate = 2 lbs / wk
MFP: 237.8 lbs 1/26/2019
Feb UAT Start: 235.7 lbs 2/1/2019
Feb UAT End: 228.4 lbs 2/28/2019
I did my last weigh-in this morning and am jumping up and down about my results!
Especially since I have been grounded since Sunday because of a health issue, and am consulting with a surgeon this afternoon.
UAT helped me stay my course with diet, logging, and staying connected with the community. I’m not as concerned about what my dr might advise for any more exercise restrictions now, because I have a plan if that happens!
I was targeting 2 lbs / wk with my calories in-out and shocked that it came out to be 1.99 lbs / wk.
I guess the math does work.
So much easier with my iWatch/MFP/UA Record/Apple Health/smart scale technology, too.
Thanks to you all for your support!

MARCH IS MY MONTH!5
-
Was supposed to go to an extra dance class this morning but it was cancelled. Did 30 mins on the treadmill, 10 lower body circuits, 10 stretching, 9000+ steps.
Daughter was here for dinner, so had a day off tracking accurately, so taking my 2nd pass day. I had a yen for chocolate this evening after she went home.
Weight-wise, I have been on a plateau most of February, but have lost a couple of inches overall. It's part of the process we have to learn to live through, and so long as we keep focused things usually start moving again. Mind you, I do think that mostly, the main problem is that I have been concentrating on building muscle and haven't quite got the balance right yet. KOKO!!!
Roll,on March!!!7 -

Today's the last day of the month, and I've stuck with UAC for another month and am in the Winner's Circle -- 2/2 months! I've decided as I stick with UAC, the last day of each month I'm going to allow myself a Pass Day so I can have a little fun (but not go crazy) and get prepared for another month of hardcore accountability. So tonight I indulged in froyo with my hubby and enjoyed every bite!
Congrats to everyone in the Winner's Circle, and everyone who is still posting today for this month --- we're all winners in my book!

I have to agree with this! It’s a huge game changer!
And as you also pointed out, Apple seems to have really figured out my resting burn & to accurately account for my exercise. It’s pretty amazing to so easily track our calories in & out!0 -
