Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 3 mile run on the treadmill this morning
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Nope!
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes!
Today's the last day of the month, and I've stuck with UAC for another month and am in the Winner's Circle -- 2/2 months! I've decided as I stick with UAC, the last day of each month I'm going to allow myself a Pass Day so I can have a little fun (but not go crazy) and get prepared for another month of hardcore accountability. So tonight I indulged in froyo with my hubby and enjoyed every bite!
Congrats to everyone in the Winner's Circle, and everyone who is still posting today for this month --- we're all winners in my book!

Yes x3. Some walking, some shovelling and Jillian Michaels Yoga Inferno. Finally saw movement on the scale today after a plateau of a month. Heading into March with that extra bit of motivation!5

Exercise: Yes. Double workout today to make up for yesterday's miss because of the ice. Upper and Lower body lift plus Abs for almost 2 hours.

I have to agree with this! It’s a huge game changer!
And as you also pointed out, Apple seems to have really figured out my resting burn & to accurately account for my exercise. It’s pretty amazing to so easily track our calories in & out!0 -

I usually take my pass days. I try to say them to the very end, as a reward. When I did UAC last year, I'd use my pass days to pig out. Now I just use them to have a little extra food, or skip a day of exercise if I'm tired. For me, it helps to know I'll 3 days a month to loosen up a little.1 -

Exercise: walked across Golden Gate Bridge & back. First half FAST
Way back - a Little slower
But avg rate was a little over 21 minutes.
Next time I’ll be much faster! Hiking boots slowed me down & id worn myself out the previous day.
