    Exercise: Yes. Double workout today to make up for yesterday's miss because of the ice. Upper and Lower body lift plus Abs for almost 2 hours.

    Tracked: Yes.

    Pass days used: 3 (Barely made it to the winners circle!)

    I have to agree with this! It’s a huge game changer!

    And as you also pointed out, Apple seems to have really figured out my resting burn & to accurately account for my exercise. It’s pretty amazing to so easily track our calories in & out!

    I usually take my pass days. I try to say them to the very end, as a reward. When I did UAC last year, I'd use my pass days to pig out. Now I just use them to have a little extra food, or skip a day of exercise if I'm tired. For me, it helps to know I'll 3 days a month to loosen up a little.

    I did it! Whew!
    Tracked all.
    Under by almost 100 calories
    Exercise: walked across Golden Gate Bridge & back. First half FAST
    Way back - a Little slower
    But avg rate was a little over 21 minutes.
    Next time I’ll be much faster! Hiking boots slowed me down & id worn myself out the previous day.

    Congratulations to all Winner’s Circle AND to ALL who kept posting all 28 days of February. That consistency is what it’s all about!
