    Whew! Glad Feb only had 28 days. Yes x 3 today and I'm the winner's circle. On to March and seeing what I can do to find a normal in maintenance.

    Exercise: Yes. Double workout today to make up for yesterday's miss because of the ice. Upper and Lower body lift plus Abs for almost 2 hours.

    Tracked: Yes.

    Pass days used: 3 (Barely made it to the winners circle!)

    I have to agree with this! It’s a huge game changer!

    And as you also pointed out, Apple seems to have really figured out my resting burn & to accurately account for my exercise. It’s pretty amazing to so easily track our calories in & out!
