Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Oh yea! Had to take apart a industrial oven today at work and spoent 5 hours scrubbing and pressure washing it, My muslces are sore such a heavy piece of equipment

So far so good tho good bit of finacial and work stress lately which is never fun but all for prepping for the future baby
Also my girlfriends bestfriend stole her diamond ear rings I got for her last year so shes not been taking that very well so bit of stress on that end.
Looking forward to spring / summer so I can get some long hikes and camping in current record is 30miles in a day and wanting to see if I can get that to 50 this year before the baby comes!7 -

I ran. I walked bi did hiit and Pilates.
But have to take a pass day as I went over my upper limit by 200 calories. Feel so bad. But even though I ate healthy I ate too many nuts and had apiecevof chickpea loaf. Oh dear.8 -
