Pass Day - It amazes me how quickly I have fallen back into my old habits. The saying of old habits die hard comes to mind. Lucky for me, I am stubborn, hard-headed and determined. I think the most important thing I have learned in this, is that struggles and setbacks happen and my tendency to throw the "baby out with the bathwater" is wrong. I need to adjust, learn from the mistakes and setbacks, keep my eye on the long-term goal of being healthy and move forward.
I will keep on keepin' on : )3 -
