Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. 42 minutes mini-trampoline before supper, then a second set 1hr 09 on mini-trampoline while previewing my new core workout dvd. (tooo bad I can't count one of these towards yesterday :D )

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes. With ~100 exercise calories uneaten

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes. With the multitude of exercise calories, I was able to savor a fresh-from-the-oven baked scone (another lift to the spirit!) And try a nibble of Bark Thins Dark Chocolate with Gingerbread Bits. That stuff is DANGEROUS!! Even more so than my till-now Pumpkin Seed version!

    Being outside, surrounded by natural beauty certainly lifts my spirits. See my exercise for the day.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Walked around White Sands National Monument for a few hours.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes.

    Okay, I've got to take this back... it turned in to pass day #2. Had an early dinner and was hungry before bed. Too hungry to sleep, so i had some toast which pushed me over my calorie limit. Still all tracked, just over limit.
