I'd love to see some more activity over here in this group as I head into my first bulk. Or is there another group/section that is more active? I suppose I'm in the wrong hemisphere for most users though, if you are the northern hemisphere you might be trimming up for summer?
I had been doing a slow cut/recomp over summer, but I got a bit tired of restricting and feeling hungry and I'd really like to see how more food can help with my lifts. I'm working on a small surplus to start with, just extra 150 calories a day at the moment, and will gradually adjust as I go. I'm still struggling mentally with deliberately gaining weight, even though it's winter, I still wear a tiny dress for netball (see profile pic) so it will feel more visible.
Anyway, I'd love to hear where you are all at and what you're goals are now.
