Finally feeling mostly better, so excited for kickboxing tomorrow morning. I’ve been doing more passive workouts while I’ve been sick. I’m ready to move with more energy.7 -

I bought a slice of chocolate cake to edt at home. Instead of plating it all, I cut it into four reasonable sized portions.
Ate two slowly, and enjoyed.
Was satiated and put the rest of slice in refrigerator. 💪4 -
